Key Account Manager (KAM) – KAZORI EXPORT TRADING AND PROCESSING CO., LTD.
Job Description:
- Identify target customers through market research and analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, including procurement/category managers at supermarket chains.
- Negotiate contract terms with partners and customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with customers on new product listings, ensuring optimal product display.
- Plan and execute sales promotion activities at various retail chains.
- Coordinate with other departments to implement promotional programs.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Prepare and update sales activity reports.
- Analyze sales data and performance, and provide recommendations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a strong advantage.
- Proven sales experience and a track record of achievement.
- Proficiency in basic office software.
- Effective time management and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
