Cashews are grown by small farms which substantially hinder quality control, so we diversify the sourcing origination of raw cashews. But predominantly we import the raw cashew nuts (with hard shell) from Ghana, Ivory Coast and some domestic regions in Vietnam. Using our longstanding experience in the field of processing raw cashews, we proudly introduce to you the most premium quality cashew kernels that not only please ordinary consumers but also even connoisseurs.
When taking a close look at the majority of dried fruit products on the market, you would likely spot a thick layer of sparkling sugar grains covering the dried fruit slices. There are various reasons why brands add sugar to their dried fruit products but mostly is to hide the flavor of stale fruit. At Kaz, we avoid artificial sweeteners and colors at all costs, so you can taste the natural sweetness of authentic fruit.
One of our initial projects was to build a 4.5-hectare organic ruby guava farm, this project exercises a fundamental role in our plan of actualizing the “real” wholesome snacks. This project enables us to fully manage the quality control without certain constraints or limitations.
